So, let's just cut to the chase and not sugar (lol) coat things. On our trip I ate like it was my job and drank my weight in booze. In case you're wondering, I need at least 2 large beers and several ounces of vodka and/or tequila mixed with something in order to mentally survive flying. If not, I spend the entire time with my heartrate through the roof, my palms sweating, and giving the arm rests my best death grip. And obviously while there, I wasn't about to pass up Breckenridge Brewery and New Belgium beers that are impossible/hard to get here. I love me some beer. The New Belgium seasonal IPA is freaking delicious, by the way.
For exercise, I cross country skied on Sunday for a couple hours, then walked around town shopping, and skied the other days we were there.
Somehow, despite my baked good and alcohol binging, I still managed to lose .4lbs. Kind of sucks, but it's better than coming back and weighing 5lbs more!
